Contacting Schumacher?
Hi guys,
For those of you who've had issues with missing / defective parts, how have you been contacting Schumacher? I tried [email protected] which I found on their website but haven't had any replies despite 2 emails over the past week. Are you guys using a different email address or perhaps their typical response time is a tad longer? Just wondering how to contact them and how long to wait for a reply as there was a wrong part in my Cougar kit and I was hoping they could help. Thanks. |
I call them by telephone..

Thanks guys. I'm not in the UK so calling them will be quite an expensive option. Hopefully they'll check their emails and reply soon or I just might have to make the call... :)
No one else have any luck with emails? |
Don't normally have any probs with emails, when did you send it?
Spoke to them earlier today and service was spot on. |

Its alittle harder to get to someone through e-mail because it goes to the general e-mail at shumacher. Make sure you e-mail customer service and like everyone else has said service is second to none. In my opinion you should make a two minute phone call, from what they've told me they are going nuts trying to get all the Cougars and Cat sx2 out. I'm a little old fashioned and like to speak to people instead of texting or e-mail.
