One of the guys at local club SHRCCC has just got one. Going to compare chassis's. May well be possible perhaps to redrill for these parts. But gearbox housing may be different?

Loads of these on Oople trade room in good nick good prices top buggy. Get one of these but make sure it has shorty conversion included unless you are running indoor on astro all the time.

Do these with wheels with no tyres on them. Makes it a bit easier. Rubber tyres bulging over the edge does not help with accuracy.

Gluing tyres

Yes you will have to glue the tyres on with cyano acrylate otherwise known as superglue. I tried running a new buggy without gluing and ripped the tyres off the rims! Use a CA that's not too thin...
