I would replace the ball ends and double check the balls for wear. These tend to become loose after some time, and replace the plastic bits on the drive shafts if you haven't done this already.

Instead of attaching the suspension arm and the tow link to the rear hub with a screw from each side, enlarge the hole on the hub slightly and run a long screw from side to side...
