as I said earlier, I was hopefull of getting a refund for the tyes I did not recieve because I had paid by paypal....

The claim has been settled in my favour but because there are no funds available to them in this tw&#$ account they can't do sod all !

If PayPal can't get any sense out of him then what chance do the rest of us have ?
I understand he may have accidently showed stock on his site which enabled my order to go through but at least he could do the decent thing and play ball.
