i would go down to the dealership and start talking to thier potential customers and telling them directly what has happened to you,they will soon sort it out.
If you get really stuck,there is a member of our club is an aircon engineer,would be happy to see if he would look at for ya.
Try the direct route first though(putting thier customers off),it has allways worked for me
