ok think i found the problem...
went back to the Losi software - and started messing on with the 'brake' tab. Basically its a graph of the 'break curve' it was a linear curve (straight line) from 0 going to 100.
Ive tweaked that line so its 100 constantly.
Updated the settings to the speed controller - and seems better. Well at least at 11:44pm - I could only really try it in the hall-way of the house
BUT its give or take instant now.
I'll see how it works at the club track this week.
