Really pisses me off. The outer bearings fit on one of them...but the inner fittings have no chance.

Shoddy shoddy work.

The spares situation from Ansmann is really messing up these cars.

Do anyone know if I heat them up a bit, would that expand the alloy? I know it's a hell of a thing to try but it's about the only thing I can think of atm.

I would suggest, other than getting angry and complaing about "shoddy workmanship" online, that if your experience has been limited to plastic hubs that you might find that alloy bits such as this might require a bit of handywork to get your bearings to fit as any I've ever had the bearing didn't just pop in like they do with plastic.

Alloy parts for the most part are built with very tight tolerances, particularly hubs, because if the bearings just drop in they'll soon develop a wobble as the alloy wears away from the bearings moving around freely. So the bearings need to fit VERY snuggly.

By all means check and see how far they are from fitting - but as others have suggested, it would be my guess that some fine trimming with a hobby knife or dremel to remove some of the flashing or excess material and your bearings will fit.
