Best thing to do is to use a 10mm H7 reamer.
Any local machine shop would have one and for a small fee I'm sure they'd do it for you.
The tolerance for a bearing fit is H7 which for a 10mm bore is +0.000mm / +0.021mm so you will most definately not be able to measure that with calipers.
