Fwiw: the bearings fit in my alum blocks perfectly. No trimming, dremel ect.
One time i wasnt so lucky with a .21 Go engine, the shaft for the clutch bearings was .5mm too big. Dealer said "thats never happened before". So yes these things happen sometimes, its a matter of quality control at the manufacturer.
My plastic hub snapped seemingly easy when landing short on a big tripple. I think the plastic is a little on the brittle side. I hope the arms have more give.
