Mine are. Most aren't, though. These were from dubmeister, and were not cheap...
They are reflective, the correct font and the correct spacing. Anything other than GB in the blue bit is illegal.
p.s. Anywhere that advertises as "show plates" means they either don't have ministry of transport approval to make plates or are choosing to make plates outside of the rules.
