Do you really need a gene though?
Handy, but noisy and expensive to buy and you need petrol to keep them going!
What can you do with one of those that you can't do with a big leisure battery and 240v inverter?
You can have the leisure battery on at at time of the day, it's silent, and with an inverter you'll be able to charge your mobile, run a laptop, use a soldering iron, umm....most things really, but can't think of anything else I'd want to do while I'm sat in a field racing cars?
Unless there's something I'm missing?
