Most people dont do the motor clamp screws, or the mesh setting screws up tight enough.
1. change the 2mm head button screws on bottom for 2.5mm cap head screws.
2. when meshing do it in this order
Motor Clamp
2 screws undereneath
1 screw on rh side.
3. check 4x8 bearings that slipper an layshaft run on as these can fail an allow slop.
