i'm asuming by that comment, you're reffering to your s4? (both gearboxes). look for wear on cvds, dodgy bearings or even the spacing.
my bj4 runs quite quietly.. as does my b4.
make sure the spur is correctly round also.. my last spur was abit ovalish in shape and caused some meshing issues!
