+1 On tyre's I always-Tape up the rim hole's. And put 2 holes in the tyre.. so if any dirt/water was to get in. Centrifugal force would throw the dirt and debris out.. and most of the water too.
If the hole is in the rim-Its not coming out.. no matter what..
