I just saw this thead and it was the first I knew of this, I have checked the despatch records and your parcel was addressed to "SK3" but it was UPS who have routed it to "SR3", apologies fo that, I shall have words with their driver when he comes to collect again on Monday to express my thoughts....
Its even worse when anything like this happens on a friday since you will have to wait the whole weekend, the only good thing is they dont do this very often, in fact hardly at all. Not that it will make you feel any better, but out of all of our B44.1's and other kits/parcels (18 in total) we sent out yesterday yours was the only one not delivered, despite the heavy snow in some areas....
