Roundabout races every other Wednesday in Denton. They've got a proper, decent indoor offroad setup these days.
Stockport races on Thursdays in Cheadle. Its really more a TC club, and the track is tiny, but its still good fun, and very cheap.
Also a bit more of a haul, but Ribble run on Fridays in Leyland.
And yes - Bury and Southport still race Sundays.
