Start off somewhere around 23/78 and dial in from there. Brushless motors are really sensitive to gearing, just make sure to check temps.
I was running a 6.5 Losi on 24/78, it was getting pretty hot, i dropped it down to 23 and it was quicker and cooler. I tend to find they feel 'soft' after 3-4 mins if you are running too hot. My laptimes never dropped more than a couple of tenths, but you can definately tell it was overheating.
