We cancelled our line a few months ago and have no decided to switch broadband providers, which requires a BT line. We phoned BT to reconnect and naturally expected a fee to do so, which was £120!!!!!!!!
Has anyone else done this recently and had to pay this much? They wouldn't even have to come to the house as all the lines are still in!!
