Both are labelled as model
SPLCD01, but the picture in the first link is not a SPLCD01 it is a picture of an SPESCPB01 as per link http://www.racing-cars.com/pp/Manufa...SPESCPB01.html
I've got the SPESCPB01 and its a very basic box, tho perhaps I should look more closely and see if it can be hooked up to a PC, but pretty sure it can't. Again, pls do correct me if wrong
