I'm not 100% sure but I think it would apply to all racing within the BRCA rules. For insurance purposes if nothing else, for example, say someone was injured and decided to make a claim, then the brca found out that the driver that caused the injury was not using BRCA approved equipment then the club itself would then be liable. I may be wrong but this is my understanding of it.
