Buy some Pure acetone off ebay(or a local supplier), get a air tight sandwich box(i use a paint tin), pour some into the tin, it doesn't have to cover the tyres as the fumes do the work for you, seal the lid & leave for a few days, open & peal the tyres off, job done
Wear some gloves when doing it
