DEX210 Screeching sound
Could be the Ball diff is not tight enough, loose slipper squeaks but loose ball diff screeches.
Tighten up the diff screw (705030 page 22 of the manual) if that the case
Its possible to over tighten the gearbox screws, that binds the assembly and may be worth checking as AndyG sez
