Last season I used a Savox 1258 full sized servo and managed to squeeze a chunky Novak Havok ESC in too, so it is possible
I've now moved to the 1251 low profile servo and the extra room makes wiring easier. A couple of people have had issues with steering lock with the 1251 in the Centro as it doesn't have as much travel as the full sized servo's, just remember to get the servo horn as close as you can to centre with no sub-trim on the servo first and you'll have lock to spare
