All members are invited to the TORCH AGM on Friday 1st November at 7.30pm at the Cormorant Pub in Porchester (PO16 9QX) - same place as last year.

I expect some will be eating before the actual meeting so if you fancy some food before the meeting I suggest you get there a bit earlier.
All proposals must be sent to
[email protected] with both a proposer and seconder by Friday 25th October. This is the only way to put a proposal forward - not via PMs or emails to individual members of the current committee. Either the proposer or seconder must be at the meeting to present the proposal and if necessary explain it.
All positions on the committee will also be open to the vote at the meeting.
