The BEC in your ESC isn't able to produce enough current to run the servo and keep the RX alive. Disable the internal BEC by disconnecting the red wire on the ESC to RX plug, and plug a separate voltage regulator or UBEC into a spare RX channel. Something like this should work nicely:
