Yes you will have to glue the tyres on with cyano acrylate otherwise known as superglue. I tried running a new buggy without gluing and ripped the tyres off the rims! Use a CA that's not too thin and you will need foam inserts on the rear tyres. Schumacher do good ones. There are plenty of tyre gluing guides on you tube.
