Update:
Got these today, they are vintage Cross brand Optima hubs. I will no deanodize them and polish them.
I am also tinkering with the idea of nickel-chrome the rollcage and side guards, everything else will be polished aluminum.
Some other good news is that the front and rear gearbox, chain covers and some other parts are being made as I write this down. I asked a friend to do me the favor, if it was for me I would be still taking measurements...
