Dont need to lock the diffs, i found it easier to drift the tourer with standard diffs in front and rear.

Set the shocks hard and stiff or even just heavy oil. I ran the tourer with i think 80wt oil in but the kit springs, if the springs are to hard then it makes it really unstable.

old bald tires with pvc electrical tape on is the easiest way i found, easily replaced and tuned!! would do some sweet drifts with just a 19turn in! just remember to wrap it so that the end of the tape is trailing from the direction the tires spin not leading! or it will un wrap itself!

oh and that diff in the pic is a oneway which i found makes it super hard to change direction, the car will just hook.
