the thing with the tyres is that you cant say stick to stock or what came with car as the std sc10 uses one type and the sc10 FT uses Jconcepts, then Hpi uses Maxxis etc etc

so it was just easier to say any SCT tire the other thing would be to say only std SC10 kits allowed but that would be crap too

just my 2 cents
