Default BRCA contact

Could some one help me here?

I need to contact the brca regarding my on line registration for brca, I need to do rejoin as I need it this weekend at stotfold, and I forgot

Now due to the fact I have 3 members of my family who are members of the brca and a 4th who needs to join this year they have managed to make a compleat dogs dinner of my account so altho I can find myself as a member through my wifes account I can't access the Email as they have set it to a default brca one, thus I can't log in as they also changed my username to my brca number and I have no idea of the password, but can't change it as I have no access to the Email they will send it to I think they overwrote my account when I contacted them about my wife joining (she pits at rallyx nats) as they have used my email address there

The only Email I can find is membership.org is this the one?

their must be an easier way for families to join on line than have to have a separate Email for every account, drives me jeffin mad!

I know this doesn't help, but this year I'm a Junior, about 2 years old. I've no idea where this date came from because it wasn't there last year - I tried to change it but maybe it was my poor connection but it didn't take and I had to list my wife as my legal guardian!

That is just standard practice, nothing to do with appearing to be a 2 year old junior

It's generally the same with the other 'issues' that crop up.

If something is input into the system that's wrong, duplicated, impossible (such as DoB's that make you a hundred and fifty..) then the system says 'Nope can't be right' and blocks you.
So you then have to get in touch using other means so the problem can be fixed.

As mentioned on other threads I'm a technical ludite but it still amazes me the methods folk have found to mess up the online systems - the odd bit though is that it's never them.. and the other, couple of hundred, people who used it the same day must be rocket scientists

Though I'm not saying it's perfect - so when you find a bug remember it's all been put together by your other members, so there are going to be hiccups and this isn't some service you're buying it's another bit of the club that somebody else has saved you the job of doing..
so be pro-active and Help in fixing it by letting the webmaster know about it in accurate detail - a rant doesn't help
Thanks
