Not in the picture you're showing. ![]() You obviously took that photo off the internet, because if you owned it you would know that the power tabs are on the endbell - and thus the motor could be rotated so the sensor port could be in the most convenient location for the user. Otherwise, if you owned any, you would know that on other SP motors the sensor port is located at the top of then endbell right below the motor/power tabs. Now, WHO's wrong?

Still you as the sensor wire still goes into the end bell horizontally not vertically

The sensor wire is flexible, can be bent at a 90* angle, and the sensor port and wire sticks out a grand total of 5mm max.

It would only be a folly if Cardnim knew what he was talking about, but alas....

Back to the question in hand I can't think of any other motors out there other than the gm and novak. Both good motors I've ran GM and they are really good but possibly due to the dirt of offroad the vents would fill with rubbish and create problems, so mayb the Novak is a stronger more reliable motor to go with just keep a eye on temp anything over 85 is to hot and 90+ is about to melt the internals.
And I'm not slagging off Novak before i get moaned at that is what Novak USA direct told me And the uk novak rep said |
