9200KV gear ratio?

Hi, I've just purchased a second hand upgraded FTX Blaze which I plan to race at Aylesbury. The setup included a 9200KV and eZrun speedo. Can somebody recommend a gear ratio setup for a small indoor track?

I want to keep the motor as cool as possible as it seems to be getting hot really quickly and is far too fast. I've been told I should get a 49T spur & 10T pinion, does this sound about right?

Also any recommendations on where would have parts in stock?
