Kipor Generators. Any good?

Looking at the IG1000, KGE 2000TC and the KGE 1000TI.

Im not loaded so looking to spend about £250 max from eBay.

Ive had a little search on Google and only really found blogs telling of problamatic starting issues...

But does anyone here have any experience, or any better recommendations for £250 tops?
