Backend heavy 2wd ? K1 help

Just a quick 1 guys I took her for the maiden drive today and I noticed the front wasn't really driving that hard, to the point backend was spinning out

is this to do with the centre slipper or the Diffs ?

Just tightend the front to near max, but doesn't seem much diff, its as though no anger in the front compared to back
