Xb4 setup for indoor -help please

Hi guys ,I have never raced indoor so I need as much help as I can to get my xb4 setup for our winter series ,as you all know from the outdoor summer series I am a beginner and learning every meeting ,I got 2wd and 4wd xb4 2013 but Millsy has told me to concentrate on my 4wd indoor as I will hate 2wd
Can anyone pass on to me what best setup for my xb4 on our indoor track would be much appreciated ,and thanks in advance as I know loads of you experienced drivers will get in touch as bury metro is great club and all excellent members that help each other out
