Glitching? ESC or Radio gear?
About once every few months my car seems to be glitching, and cutting power to the motor during races for about 5 - 10 seconds, there's no pattern or obvious reason for it, and the car still has steering but no throttle, without any intervention the throttle just starts working again.
I am using the following: Futaba T4GRS transmitter Futaba R304SB-E (Wireless receiver) Maclan MMax Pro 160amp ESC Maclan MMR V2 Motor 7.5T Batteries 120c rated Intellect 4400mah It does this on indoor and outdoor tracks, yesterday it did this whilst going round a hairpin on an indoor track, and the time before it cut out at full throttle on the straight on an outdoor track. After yesterday's cut out in round 1, the car ran fine on rounds 2, 3, 4 & the final. Has anyone experienced anything similar, or know how I can cure this?

I’m no expert, but that sounds like either low voltage or thermal cut out? But not sure why it would do it sometimes but not others.
I had similar with a HW 2.1 last year and as ESC was new I assumed it as everything other than ESC (but I had no steering either either). Sent it back to Schumacher and they replaced. No issues since. Saw a Low voltage situation on someone’s car once - used to just cut out on straight for a few seconds then come back to life. Was due to the higher power draw on full power. When they checked the prog card, the LV cut out was quite high so they reset it to 6.4 (I think) and the problem went away Sorry can’t help more
