Default Wheels - spraying

Hi guys

Can you spray plastic wheels with different colours without melting them?

you can with the right paint, but its easier to use wheel vinyl disk and peel of when your bored of the colour

What type of paint would I need and where would get it?
What is this vinyl stuff? Again where would I get it?

take a wheel to any shop that makes vinyl signs and ask the to make you some wheel disks

you can also dye white wheels, but they will be one colour, not multi-coloured if that is what you are after?

If you pm styleone he does custom wheels if you want to try youself you need rit dye loads on youtube on howto

All you need is RIT dye from eBay brilliant stuff and really penetrates into the wheel so will not show scuffs up in White underneath like paint will I have used it many times is is ace when dying make sure water is very hot it helps penetration I have found hope this helps mark

Thank you very much for your help guys

Another question is what companies make hubs that will fit tamiya (blazing star) axles, I'm not to sharp with all the sizings yet and it would help me a lot so I don't make an expensive mistake
