Default Christmas Meeting 29-12-13 Booking In

Hi all,
The upcoming meeting on the 29th seems to have generated a lot of interest

So as a first for the club we are asking that drivers who are wishing to attend will please advise of details in advance. This will alow the club ultimately to have a better understanding of how to run the event as well as possible.

OK, so what do you need to do to help? Easy, follow this link and just add your name and put your PT number (or write handout) in the column against your chosen race class. There are a couple of examples filled in at the top so you can hopefully see what the rough idea is

Please be sensible, we don't want to see 20 entries from Mickey Mouse

Hey...

I assume that there's going to be a vintage class?

If so which class do we enter....

Cheers

Bar area pitting would be great. Enjoyed that last time.

The bar area is available to us for pitting again.

Suggest arriving at 9.30 am to get set up and build the track. After booking in and practice the plan is to start the heats at about 11 am.

Looking forward to another great, relaxed meeting - entries are looking good but could do with a few more trailers/caravans for the exhibition heat. I am sure some of you could throw something together - it only has to try to keep going for 10 minutes!!

Entry fee:

Adults - £8
Juniors - £5

Correct amount, if possible, would be helpful when dealing with change!

Can book in on the day. Link is given in the first of this post - as indicated - just to make it easier on the day and get an idea of number of drivers and classes.

Unfortunately, Mike Parker, who attends the Batley meetings, is away for the holiday period so will not be there tomorrow but there may be someone who can help out.
