At first glance I thought it was a Yokomo MR4 Rally under cover (still not dead sure that it is not)

pretty sure Darren's got it right, got one sitting in front of me, samesame, was told it was undercover - came with a MR4TC but would fit a MR4BC but not as an undercover.
