a modified 2.5mm allen key, shortened, would be good. Don't have one though. We installed a brushless which doesn't need moving often, which is good since it took us a while to install! We removed the undertray and battery post and used a ball ended driver.

hudy ball end driver.. i bought one in the winter and it's spot on for use in my bj4, so it should be pretty useful in the d4 also?
the Hudy tool has a long tip, thin handle and fits perfect so you dont have to take the shock off, nor battery post to gain access. I think it cost about £9.. well worth the money as its made my life with the bj4 a whole lot easier! |
