Default tyre spec

I'm not sure where it's posted but I saw that we have to use only Schumacher minidarts or BB spikes this year. I can't find it anywhere now though so is that still the case or has it been retracted and we can now use Schumache spikes too? What about the Silverstone round. Are minipins allowed there?

apparently mini darts work well on the carpet used at Silverstone.
its the control tyre at MB models track I believe which uses the same EOS carpet

Ah thanks. That's where I saw it.
So we cant use Scumacher minispikes at any of the tracks this year then - seems odd. What's the best equivalent, BB whites?
Looks like we'll all have to buy a need stock of tyres this year

They work ok, but tyre wear is high..

Anyone know why these tyres were selected as control tyres this year?

They are selected because the organisers of the clubs have selected them - same as Nationals - the clubs say they work
