Default Your favorite class

What is it and why?

I am really split between the two, but i will go for 4wd, i think the added grip and the extra speed of the cars makes them more rewarding to drive for me

Yup 4wd for me as well. Now with the 501X, but in the future with the Aero hopefully. 2wd is nice, but I'm missing something there, a 4wd looks better too (imo).
In onroad it is 12th scale for sure.

I love 4WD, probably because I am not so good at 2WD.

I prefer racing both classes when running on dirt with 'american' style tires like Proline and Losi

I have always wanted to do 4wd, and now with LiPo and brushless it makes it sooooo affordable to be fast!

Prefering 2wd as I seem to get better results with that class that 4wd.

I think you get a better satisfaction when you get it right too.

I prefer 2WD buggy class, too, so far... Visually, I like how a 2WD buggy runs on the track and I seem to find it easier to understand/get-in-tune with my B4's track behavior and drive it better/faster.

Not closing my door on 4WD, though, which I also like. I just need to learn to improve my reflexes vis-a-vis TX inputs and get used to a 4WD's faster behavior on the track and try to get more win results.

I voted for 4wd because I like the grip, but 2wd is also very fun, unless it's very slippery...

I voted 4wd because for me, 2wd loses all of its fun factor when it starts to rain and it simply becomes a PITA. The 4wd class in Southport is also a great laugh and has some great races. Wierdly, I also prefer to work on a 4wd and prefer the way they look too!

I prefer 2wd, dont know why, maybe its just the way they drive and how much more competative the racing seems to me, i always seem to have better racing and closer racing in 2wd to 4wd.

I like 2wd as it's more challenging and find it more rewarding when you get it right, found most 2wd races are cleaner than 4wd also, prefer the looks of 2wd too

2wd for me has always been the better class, on dirt 4wd is awesome but i always thought on high grip it was a bit flat out / on the edge and generally just not as smooth and flowing as 2wd........

I just love the way 2wd cars jump and as someone else said i think it's easier to get the set-up dialled as you seem to get more feedback from a 2wd car, and subtle changes like links etc make more difference then 4wd....

A few years back I'd have said 2wd but the B4 changed that ... to the point I stopped racing 1/10th off road all together!!

4wd from that point on really. I always loved the Preds and the ZX5-SP is just sublime!!!

That said, now I've got it sorted out, there isn't much wrong with the RB5 so am finding myself heading back in the 2wd direction of preference!!

what crap!!

sorry but when the b4 was due out you where the first to go on and on about how you had worked out the camber angles and C.O.G rates and how it was going to be the best car ever . you where allways on b4.com the same as me wating and waiting for Dom to get one and then in April 02 you me and Butch paid a bit extra to get ours the wednesday befor any one else and ran them at the RRC1 at kiddy

ive seen you race for over 7years and you change and blame cars more than any one I know, do you ever blame your slef or the fact you fiddle with set ups to get around your driving issues and not learn to drive better?

to read you dribble is ok but to read you blame a TOY PLASTIC CAR for you almost giving up racing is more Bull than Gordan borwns 10p tax scrap
