Thanks, my mate goes to Sweden every 6 months or so, hoping to persuade him to make a detour...

If anyone organises something so that I could come over for a race weekend (Ill pay for myself) Ill bring as many sets as I can.

Im trying to get some sort of exchange with a club in the UK hopefully one close to stanstead as thats the closest cheapest airport to fly into.

Any thoughts anyone?

I could get a hobby shop to ship to his house or hotel

My 410 with slicks

Ran both cars today 6 hours without additive.. awesome
We put sown some masonite/hardboard with the shiny side up, man 4wd no probs plenty of grip, 2wd had to be a little gentle on the throttle but works great.

Im thinking that those of you that run on gym floors will love them

Tried these briefly on Sunday, then gave them to a friend to try on his car. They were ran for approx 10mins on track and were rubbish.

They produced a good level of grip on wooden features, but on carpet they were purely a drift tyre with very poor grip level.

Im assuming that in Sweden the carpet is full of additive and therefore may work better, but at my local club they were really poor. I will however keep them in my pit-box and try at another club just to see as our clubs flooring is worn carpet and temperature is also low.

Still a good purchase as they are ideal for testing outside my house on tarmac.lol

We have to cover all our indoor flooring due to leaving marks. I might try a set to see if they mark the floor where we race.

Sounds good I don't know what other tires you have tried onroad, but how do they compare? What are these tires like onroad? (I've only tried Proline M2 compound tires, Dirt Hawg and Road Rage tires).

Tires shipped for those ordered.

Did you try with addative? Or are you an addative free venue maybe?

They do seem to require a little running in, and yes we share a track with touring so there is a little addative in the carpet.

Onroad I haven't tried them

This is how our carpet looked after the last weekend. We run with additive so the carpet is of course full of it and there's also a lot of rubber coming off the VBCs. For us the traction is great, but with a fresh carpet who knows.

Edit: And as OneKiwi pointed out. They do need some running in.
