Default reventon s blinky mode

having fitted 17.5 combo into my sons lazer i'm having trouble making sure it' running in blinky mode.i don't know too much about them so I would appreciate an idiots guide to setting it up.he's used it for about 7 meetings and it is no faster than any other car in class, and it definitely doesn't appear to have any boost down straight.some guys at my local club say that it doesn't actually blink in blinky mode and some say it should.if I can't make it blink he'll have race in modified class which he wont like and tbh neather will the modified guys.thanks in advance.jez.

Basically you need to connect the esc to a PC/Laptop to change it to Blinky Mode.

First download the Speed Passion Reventon Software on to your Laptop

On the ESC, First disconnect the fan !
Second Disconnect the cars Lipo Battery

Now.
Connect the program box to the Laptop ! Wait till its connected
Then connect the program box to the ESC ! Wait till its connected and Program box says its connected.

On the Speed Passion program, check/change that its running in Stock 0 ( this is Blinky Mode )

If not change to Stock 0 and press save/upload to esc.

Disconnect when complete, re-wire esc, turn on, you might have to re-calibrate the esc to the radio, but when complete the esc in neutral should have a flashing red light.

Hope this helps
