Default esc probs help!!

Lrp spx comp esc problems!

Running get car just stopped on track looked and found one of the sensor wires had broken. Replaced the sensor wire but the speedo shows the same flashing amber and red light continously and a steady blue "on" light. Tried to reset it but the symptoms are the same. Changed the motor and its the same. Turned off the transmitter and the flashing blue and red lights go out!! weird, I don't know if the speedo is faulty or protecting itself.

Any thoughts receiver? I am not running 2.4 just 40 mhz

Motor is novak ballistic running 4 cell 1/12th gearing is right so no over heat, it seems this broken wire on the sensor plug has messed things up a little!!

Comments would be great.
