Default Sorry :(

When I read these things, I'm really hoping that it's someone making a sick joke, but unfortunately it's not.

Rip mate, I didn't know you too well, but knew you were a leg'

Only met Jimmy once, apparently one meeting was all it took to have him etched in your memory, you quickly learned what a great guys he was.

My heartfelt condolences to everyone close to him.

Like everyone, I am hugely shocked at the news. Met Jimmy only once but he was immediately friendly and giving of his knowledge and experience. Top bloke. Condolences to Vicky and the family.

I cant really say much more than everyone else already has, just too young, too soon.

Condolences to his friends and family.

RIP Jimmy.

A true advocate for the cause. A real hardworking man , upstanding and allways seemed to have a smile.

I remember seeing Jimmy at a few meet's , never met him directly but he oozed charisma.

God bless , my thought's go out to Vicky , his family , relatives and close friends.

Rest In Peace.

Hey there. I worked with Jim in the early mid 90's. We worked together at Apogee Software/3D Realms in Texas where he was a game artist with us.

Really bummed out to hear this news. Has there been any details as to what exactly happened? If someone knows and doesn't want to talk about it here, that's fine, I can be emailed at joes@3drealms.com.

Really bummed out to hear this about him. Was a good friend. Most kind to me, used to send me Red Dwarf swag back in the day from England that I couldn't get over here in the US very easily.

I put up a story about him on the 3D Realms website. Place he loved working at back in the day.

Truly shocking news. I was in the pub on Sunday evening with my wife waiting for our food when she chirps in that some rc dude, somebody Storey has passed away, I was like: you fking what?

I credit Jimmys website with getting me back into 10th off road. I never had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy but he bought my old JB replica Durga from me and even through our brief communications he came across as a top bloke.

I can only offer my condolences to Vicky and families at this horrible time.
