Default Optima mid gear diff grease

Can anyone tell me what grease goes in the old optima mid gear diffs?

i used to use castrol lm grease in the old optima's, probably not the best but it worked well and there werent any problems with wear.

I've seen some with the Tamiya Molybdenium grease. Gears looked great, even when the diff outside gear was worn, so that would imply the grease works just fine. It's just a pain to clean, as it leaves a silverish residue on everything it touches, fingers, etc that is a bit hard to remove.

As alternate, I used a small tube of Schumacher silicone grease.

I use putty for the fronts and 300,000 modern diff oil for rear.
