Either get a cut off, or pop a timer on your Tx.
I only run (about) 10 minutes at a time anyway. As everything starts to cook. I need around 20 minutes to reach the (3.2v) cut off in my 2wd. Brushed makes it a little less predictable........ Try running for 5/10/15/20 minutes and popping a multimeter across the pins to give you an idea of remaining power. That'll give you a handle on running time. (And apparently you need a regulator to run that ESC with lipos, its only rated to 7.4v, not 8.4v.) |

thanks mattr
ill only be running it at club level anyway for 5 min races, so it shouldnt be a prob as running 5000 mah lipos, what do you mean by a regulator as its only 7.4 volts, same as the lipos thanks

I wouldn't bother with a cut off... It's not like you're going to run it forever. We ran 20min on 4200mah lipo's with a 10.5 at the 24hrs, so yours should be good for at least 30min.
See you a week on sat?

It even says to use a regulator on the etronix page for the esc. |
