Default 1/10th Off Road in South Africa

RC cars is huge in South Africa too. I used to race in the republic. Could Oople perhaps stick something in the Inernational section on racing in South Africa?

ahh the good old days eh nolan when you were a nipper being chased by lions (never met a nice south african until you meet nolan )hahahaha

Yip, the good old days hey.....still at school then, no job but always had money for racing.....NOW - job but no money....

As for the lions, only got chased if I took teir prey to eat myself - lol hahahahahaha

Heya Nolan, I will if you think it might be used? I didn't know it was so popular in SA but a guy we met at the worlds last year said the guys at his club look at oople so hey, maybe so!

2001/2 worlds was held in..... uhm.... somewhere in SA, and it's in south africa again next year!

If it is in Pretoria, it might be at Zwartkops Model Raceway -
track below....


This track is next to a 'real' touring car track, and has the most space to hold a World's. Unless they have it somewhere nuteral and create a new track??

raywoods did a video on that one in 03 and it was inside a huge hanger with a purpose built dirt track

Looking at going to the worlds in SA ...... the track used last time is about 35 mins drive from my girlfriend's father's stables / ranch. Would make accomodation cheap!
