Default AE small ball cups

I need some AE small ball cups that you used to find on the original RC10’s these are tiny by todays standards but are needed for clearance on several parts of the car.

If anyone has any new ones (inc shops) I’d be interested, preferably black but if new not essential.

Dan

Are you talking about the ones with like they have on the ajustable steering link on the b4 the one that goes from the servo to the steering lincage. If so the part number is 9170 thats for two ball cups but you also get the little threaded bar bit as well. Is this for your belt tension mod ???

Dude, gutted

Ash thanks anyway but it's the properly small AE ones from the original RC10 I want for my shelf queen RC10 I've nearly finished restoring (has chunky blue RPM ones which don't look right) They are the same kind of size as the steering link but longer to accept more thread.

The optima is the car being raced this year, the RC10 to look all shiney on the end of the table

are they the same size as the rc18 series? if not, then why don't you just replace the cups and the balls with regular sized ones.

put spacers under them. if you put the sam amount on the inside and outside it wont affect performance.

Performance isn't an issue, it is appearance that is important.

Thanks guys,

I can't just space them out as they aren't all vertical and it would just look all wrong. Original (style) are the way to go but I G promised on the weekend to sort me out some OEM ones

Dan
